With a toot and a whistle you’re away as local Chefs Matt Golinski, Mark Johnson and James Barnden create your 5-course degustation journey at the heritage stations and on board the Rattler steam train as you wind your way through the stunning Mary Valley.

Local produce will be the hero for each course, complimented with a matched beverage and entertainment.

From start to finish on board the return journey from Amamoor to Gympie, the story of food, wine and local produce will be proudly on show. Each carriage that carries you on your culinary journey has its own unique character. Local volunteers will be on board to serve and share stories of the region, its produce and the Mary Valley Rattler line.

This event is degustation with a difference! Courses will be stand up at the stations and on board.
