School safety train

A local competition run with schools in the region, offering a school trip & educational journey aboard the Mary Valley Rattler to the winner. 2019 won by Mary Valley State College – Rail Safety Poster created by Ethan.

Really nice day out. Great service from the start, with someone calling us and confirming the date as well as organising a table for us at the train station restaurant in Gympie. The staff on the train Graham and Marilyn were so welcoming and added to the fun. Thank you!

The morning was great from the steam train right down to the authentic ticket. Staff were all friendly everything was great my mum especially enjoyed the day. We would definitely recommend this train trip. We will be onboard again soon.
