VIP Booth EXPERIENCE

Upgrade your journey aboard the Mary Valley Rattler with the VIP Booth Experience, a relaxed and private way to enjoy one of Queensland’s most iconic heritage rail journeys near the Sunshine Coast, Fraser Coast and in Gympie.

When you book the VIP Booth Experience for four or more guests, you’ll enjoy your own private booth, creating the perfect space to relax, connect and take in the scenery as the train travels through the beautiful Mary Valley countryside.

Your experience begins at historic Gympie Station with priority pre-boarding and a meet and greet with the train driver, before settling into your reserved booth for a scenic 40km return heritage rail journey to the charming village of Amamoor.

During the journey, your personal attendant will serve a local tasting plate and beverage, with onboard bar facilities also available throughout the trip.

At Amamoor Station, step off the train to watch the locomotive turn on the historic railway turntable before enjoying a short stay to explore the village green.

Back at the historic Gympie Station, your experience continues with lunch at Rusty Rails Café, where you’ll enjoy your selected meal from the VIP Set Menu along with a beverage of your choice.
