The Mary Valley Rattler is proud to be a part of 2019’s Sunshine Coast’s Culinary Festival – The Curated Plate – as an exciting new feature in The Destination Series. The Mary Valley Rattler DeguSTATION Train embarks on a 5 course ‘Degustation with a Difference’ journey through the beautiful Mary Valley, featuring standing meals, a complimentary beverage, and the chance to enjoy what Dagun, Amamoor and Gympie Heritage Stations have to offer.
This local experience is specially curated and hosted by the Mary Valley Rattler team, welcoming 3 local chefs to prepare our 5 course standing meals; Matt Golinski, Mark Johnson and James Barnden.
